Women’s Advocacy

Conscious of the abuses of the rights of women and the oppression of many women throughout the world, Maryknoll Sisters are involved in Women’s Advocacy. They work with girls, trafficked women, immigrants, homeless women, prostitutes, battered women, as well as women with minimal or no education, illiterate and vulnerable. Maryknoll Sisters advocacy includes the development of women and respect for all their human rights.

Their reward is watching women respond and flourish with care and education.
